Block Fat and Lose Weight

Today I wanted to let everyone know that I have lost 54 pounds in 10 weeks and ate all day long doing it. There are few products that have helped me and some recipes that I will share with you and that will be tasty.

My Name is Bud Freshour, I am a Culinary Chef with a love for food and a love of people. Food is an amazing thing and can be a source of happiness and joy, but for some people it is a point of disappointment and heartache.

                11:00am:     4 Eggs, and a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and  Truvia sugar and rice milk. Supplement: Strawberry Slim 1oz

                 8:15pm     I had a snack and coffee, I just did not feel like eating a whole meal, so some Ideas for a simple snack is brown rice and vegetables, or  3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oat Meal and 1 1/2 cup of hot water then add Splenda Brown Sugar or a steva sweetener with molasses.

                 11:00pm        4 eggs, and a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and Truvia sugar and rice milk.(Supplement: Strawberry Slim 1oz)

                 11:59pm     1oz of Night Time Release (This Help Burn Fat When You Sleep) I like this product.

Now for the secrets:

The angel hair pasta I use for my spaghetti was,spaghetti squash. I broiled it for around 25 minutes and let it cool, then when I was ready to eat it, I steamed it to provide the best texture. You can have as much as you want and as you can see, I did. The meat was only 4oz of cooked turkey and the pasta sauce, you can have as much as you want. But, get the pasta sauce that is as low in sodium as you can get. If you feel the need make your own sauce it is not that hard.

When I eat eggs, I eat the whole egg when they are cooked in Omega 9 Cooking Oil (another product by Eniva or regular olive oil, if you don't have Omega 9 Cooking Oil). I love to use my Strawberry Slim to block the fat in both the eggs and the oil.

I don't like to workout, but I do some light exercise such as, resistance bands. If you like to walk, then do so, but 80% of your weight loss will come from eating and drinking water.
